Why No Brighteners?    (nappies top)

Brighteners are chemicals that react with light to make something appear 'whiter'.

Our customers often remark that "..the baby's bottom can't see".

That's true. The white part of an ordinary nappy is only visible for a few seconds when the nappy is being changed, so why use chemicals to make it white?

It's a waste of resources to make something white when you won't be looking at it, and you plan to throw it out after a single use.
